After years of delays, Patreon has finally pulled their finger out and introduced what I think is one of the most important benefits to patrons ever - anniversary billing. Like most streaming services, anniversary billing means that you will be charged on the 'anniversary' of your pledge monthly. So if you sign up on the 15th, you will be charged again on the 15th of the following month. This change will only affect new patrons going forward. To most of you, the idea that you could be charged on the 29th of the month and again on the 1st may seem a bit absurd. However, there is a strong contingent of Patreon creators who want that system to stay the way it is. Long story short, they don't want people to 'game' the system and get double rewards. To me, living with anyone out there 'gaming' the system is worth it for the convenience it provides to my supporters. So, welcome to a far more logical subscription standard!

When I first set up my Patreon page in 2016 I dreamed (but never believed) I would get to a point where it could be my full time job. But my amazing patrons hit that goal and kept on going, which led to the creation of BE content that would otherwise never have existed, including the games The Pill, Change Deck, the series Cursed and more. We've hit a bunch of milestones so far, which has released exclusive art, comics, adding voice artists, a whole extra chapter to The Pill and converting the endings to animations to name just a few (we've also hit the one that means I'll start using mo-cap. I've got the suit, but am still working out how to get it working smoothly. I'll post on that when I have something to show). Anyhoo, you crazy people have surpassed all the community goals set so far, and we've been without a new one for a while (my bad, I couldn't decide), so we figured it was finally time to set a few! At 3,500 patrons we'll create an exclusive 3D animation - but the kicker

Hey guys I just thought I'd let you know that over on my Patreon I've just surpassed the community goal of 750 patrons! Why am I telling you this? Because the reward for reaching that milestone is a Patreon exclusive story arc in The Pill and right now patrons have the ability to vote on who the arc will be about - whether it's Belle, Trish, a combo of Trish and Belle or someone completely new. So if you want to have your say on who will be given another bite of the story apple now is as good a time as any to head over, sign up and cast your vote.
